We are happy to inform the Electronic Components and Systems Community about the opening of the Xecs Call 3. This Call 3 was officially launched during the Xecs Matchamaking Event in Paris on 25 September 2023. Missed or want to remind some sessions from this event? Recording and speakers’ presentations will be soon available on the event page here.

For the Xecs Call 3, projects can be submitted in all areas of the 2023 ECS Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda. However, as some countries have specific priorities in terms of funding criteria, we strongly encourage you to start contacting the representatives of your national funding body to ensure that there is a close alignment between the project goal and national priorities and to learn about national funding rules.

Xecs Call 3 Timeline

Once your project idea and consortium is mature, we invite you to submit your Project Outlines in the Project Zone by 18 January 2024, 17:00 CET.

Selected project partners will be then invited to prepare and submit a Full Project Proposal by 18 April 2024.

To support you to easily submit your Project Outline in the Project Zone, a webinar on “How to submit a Xecs Proposal in the Project Zone?” will be held online on 25 October 2023, 11:00 – 12:00 CEST.
