On 7-10 June 2022, EuCnC & 6G Summit will take place in Grenoble in the WTC Convention Center.

Xecs and CELTIC-NEXT, two Eureka Clusters will exhibit showing the synergies between the microelectronics and the telecommunications communities.

The 2022 EuCNC & 6G Summit builds on putting together two successful conferences in the area of telecommunications: EuCNC (European Conference on Networks and Communications), supported by the European Commission, and the 6G Summit, originated from the 6G Flagship programme in Finland, one of the very first in its area.

The conference addresses various aspects of Beyond 5G communications systems and networks, and looks already into 6G matters. It brings together cutting-edge research and world-renown industries and businesses, globally attracting in the last years more than 1 300 delegates from more than 40 countries all over the world, to present and discuss the latest results, and an exhibition with more than 70 exhibitors, for demonstrating the technology developed in the area, namely within research projects from EU R&I programmes.

Xecs and CELTIC-Next, two Eureka Clusters, will jointly exhibit on booth #9

Xecs and CELTIC-NEXT aim at demonstrating the existing synergies between the microelectronics and telecommunications communities to create and manage pan-European RD&I projects, get access to funding and accelerate the path of innovation in telecommunications.

Stop by our booth, participate in our project Calls and learn about the economic and societal impact of our projects. Xecs and CELTIC- NEXT will present the outcomes  of some of their successful projects.

COREnect workshop ‘Telecommunications and microelectronics: How should Europe (re)-act?’

One of the key COREnect project objectives is to define a strategic R&I roadmap for future European connectivity systems and components, supporting European’s strategic autonomy and sovereignty objectives. It gathers the European industry and R&D leaders from both the microelectronics and telecommunications sectors .

Also interested in hearing about COREnect development of an high-level strategic roadmap of core subsystem and component technologies for supporting future connectivity? Participate in the COREnect workshop 3 ‘Telecommunications and microelectronics: How should Europe (re)-act?’ on Tuesday 7 June, 14:00.15:30/16:00-17:30 aiming at presenting the key findings of the Expert Groups s (i.e., a roadmap on how Europe should (re)act in this area) at a broad ICT audience. After 2 years of intensive activities COREnect’s recommendations will be presented. The feasibility of these recommendations will also be discussed in a panel of leading experts in the area.
