Abstract
The DIEFI2 project aims to digitalize and automate fruit juice production using Industry 4.0 technologies. It integrates robotics, smart storage systems, and connected sensors to monitor product quality in real time. By adopting a consumer-driven production approach, the project seeks to personalize products, improve quality, and optimize economic performance. It brings together five industrial and technological partners specializing in juice manufacturing, digitalization, intelligent systems, automation, and applied research.
